Documents

Read the detail, or take it to your committee

Two documents. Neither is gated — they are more useful circulating inside your organisation than sitting behind a form.

The product report

A full account of the platform: the operational problem, the nine modules, the intelligence pipeline, how predictive capability matures through six defined stages, the sector applications, the deployment path from demonstration to production, and what is required from your organisation to move beyond monitoring.

It also states plainly what the platform is today — a demonstration build on synthetic data, with predictive accuracy not yet validated — and what becomes true only after integration and pilot.

Written for an evaluation committee. Roughly a thirty-minute read.

The Data Discovery and Prediction Validation questionnaire

The structured version of the five questions on the methodology page. It works through what is being predicted, the base rate, the acceptable error balance, the intervention question and reporting behaviour, together with the data access, identifier stability, historical depth and outcome records that validation requires.

Normally completed in a single facilitated session with your HSE and IT leads. It forms the basis of the pilot design, and it is worth reading beforehand even if we never speak — the questions apply to any predictive safety system you evaluate, not only this one.

If you would rather talk it through

Discovery sessions work better than documents for most organisations, because the answers are specific to your sites and your data.
